A importância de superar as adversidades no aumento do desempenho do grupo em andebol, basquetebol e futebol

Resumo

O principal objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a relação entre as variáveis resiliência da equipa e o desempenho em grupo no desporto coletivo. Participaram 136 jogadores de andebol, basquetebol e futebol (17 a 40 anos; M = 21,12; TD = 5,54), competindo em equipas seniores de ligas nacionais de Espanha. Análises preliminar e uma modelo de equações estruturais foi completado para analisar as relações entre as variáveis investigadas. Em primeiro lugar, os resultados revelaram uma correlação positiva entre o fator de caraterísticas de resiliência com o desempenho do grupo e uma relação negativa entre o fator de vulnerabilidade sob pressão com o desempenho percebido do grupo. Em segundo lugar, a análise de regressão mostrou uma previsão positiva e significativa entre as caraterísticas de resiliência e o desempenho da equipa. No entanto, a previsão entre vulnerabilidade sob pressão e desempenho do grupo não foi significativa. Os resultados fornecem evidências iniciais que estabelecem um vínculo entre a resiliência da equipa e o desempenho coletivo nas equipes analisadas. Portanto, ter uma equipe capaz de superar as adversidades que aparecem durante o treino e a competição terá maiores percepções do desempenho do grupo, melhorando assim o funcionamento coletivo da equipa.
