The aim of the present study was to examine the degree to which the combination of healthy behaviors in the 24 h had a greater incidence on subjective happiness and quality of life. A total of 452 adolescent students aged 12 to 17 years participated, both males 258 (13.87 ± 0.77) and females 194 (13.90 ± 0.81). All study variables were measured by self-reported questionnaires: physical activity and sedentary time (I-paq), subjective happiness (SHS) and quality of life (Kidscreen-10). The results of the study were obtained through correlation analysis, linear regression and univariate linear models. It was observed that the behaviors that most predicted subjective happiness and quality of life were sedentary time and sleep time. Also, univariate model analyses revealed that participants who complied with the recommendations of the 24-hour healthy behaviors had higher mean scores in subjective happiness and quality of life than those who did not comply with these recommendations. It is concluded that youth who jointly met the physical activity, sedentary time, and sleep recommendations have greater psychosocial health compared to those who do not.
