HANDTAC: Validación de un test específico en juego reducido (3×3 + porteras) para la evaluación táctica en jugadoras sub‑21 de balonmano

El objetivo de este estudio fue validar HANDTAC, un test específico para la evaluación cuantitativa del rendimiento táctico en balonmano. Se aplicó un diseño de validación de instrumentos en tres fases: (1) análisis de validez de contenido, (2) sensibilidad para discriminar entre jugadoras con distinta experiencia, y (3) confiabilidad mediante test–retest. El protocolo se desarrolló en situaciones de 3 vs 3 más porteras en un espacio de 15 × 30 m, con dos tiempos de 3 minutos. Participaron 36 jugadoras U-21 (19 con mayor experiencia, 17 con menor experiencia). La validez de contenido fue excelente (CVC = 0.932). El test mostró alta sensibilidad al diferenciar significativamente ambos grupos en el índice de rendimiento táctico ofensivo y defensivo (p < 0.001; d = 1.89 y 1.41). La confiabilidad fue moderada en jugadoras con mayor experiencia (CCI = 0.50–0.59) y variable en las de menor experiencia (CCI = 0.18-0.64), con dispersión moderada según los gráficos de Bland-Altman. En conclusión, HANDTAC constituye una herramienta válida y sensible para la medición del rendimiento táctico en balonmano, aportando un recurso aplicable a entrenadores e investigadores para optimizar metodologías de entrenamiento y profundizar en la evaluación científica del juego.
