HANDTAC: Validação de um teste de jogo reduzido específico da modalidade (3x3 + goleiros) para avaliação tática em jogadoras de handebol Sub-21

O objetivo deste estudo foi validar o HANDTAC, um teste específico para a avaliação quantitativa do desempenho tático no andebol. Foi aplicado um desenho de validação de instrumentos em três fases: (1) análise de validade de conteúdo, (2) sensibilidade para discriminar entre jogadores com diferentes níveis de experiência e (3) fiabilidade através da fiabilidade teste-reteste. O protocolo foi desenvolvido em situações de 3 contra 3 com guarda-redes num campo de 15 × 30 m, com dois períodos de 3 minutos. Participaram trinta e seis jogadores sub-21 (19 com mais experiência, 17 com menos experiência). A validade de conteúdo foi excelente (CVC = 0,932). O teste demonstrou uma elevada sensibilidade, diferenciando significativamente os dois grupos nos índices de desempenho tático ofensivo e defensivo (p < 0,001; d = 1,89 e 1,41). A fiabilidade foi moderada nos jogadores mais experientes (ICC = 0,50–0,59) e variável nos jogadores menos experientes (ICC = 0,18–0,64), com uma dispersão moderada de acordo com os gráficos de Bland-Altman. Em conclusão, o HANDTAC é uma ferramenta válida e sensível para medir o desempenho tático no andebol, fornecendo um recurso aplicável aos treinadores e investigadores para otimizar as metodologias de treino e promover a avaliação científica do jogo.
