Comparison of cold-water immersion vs. Passive recovery on indicators of muscular fatigue in youth handball players during a congested tournament

Resumo

O objetivo deste estúdio é comparar a eficácia da aplicação do CWI e da recuperação pasiva sobre indicadores de fatiga em jugadores de balanço após três dias consecutivos de competição. El estudio fue aplicado a 41 jugadores de balonmano pertenecientes a 8 clubs de balonmano de Costa Rica (20 hombres y 21 mujeres; 20,1 ± 4,08 años; peso, 68,03 ± 13,13 kg; VO2máx= 42,40 ± 5,31 ml/kg/min), se selecton 4 equipos y al azar se les assigno uno de los tratamientos post-juego, un group recibió inmersión y otro descanso pasivo, se desarrolló durante um torneo de balonmano de tres días consecutivos en um campo de 20x40m. Cada equipo jugó um partido por dia com dos períodos de 30 min. Não há diferenças significativas relacionadas à tensiomiografia, CMJ, DOMS, TQR e CPK entre o grupo de tratamento e o grupo de recuperação. Se concluye que o CWI parece ser mais efetivo que o RP em variáveis ​​como o DOMS e na Percepción de recovery y la combinación de diferentes métodos de recuperação debe de ser analizada nas futuras investigações para entender os melhores cuales filho das mejores estrategias para acelerar a recuperação de los deportistas durante competiciones.
